Free Shipping Terms & Conditions:
In Alma Outdoor we care about bringing you the best shopping experience possible, and for this reason we decided to give you the best shipping rates possible so you can have peace of mind you're getting the best value when placing an order with us.
- Free Shipping is available depending on you postcode, but don't worry! usually most of the products we sell are covered by it and if your shipping is not free we will offer you a premium discounted rate. If you want to know If your order is covered by free shipping or if you will have a discounted shipping price you can check our shipping rates on your checkout.
- We pride ourselves in offering the most competitive shipping costs to our customers, however, if you are not happy with the shipping price we give you, or it looks like is too high, please send us a message through our chat and we can review your rate.
- Some deliveries of heavy objects might require a 2 man or tailgate service that is not included in our free shipping, our team will contact you in case the service is needed, if you want to request it you can add it by contacting the shipping company.
- Free shipping does not apply for returns or product changes that are not related to warranty. You will be charged return shipping to our Sydney warehouse and then for the new delivery back to you.
- Free shipping is not insured, however we strongly recommend to insure the goods during transit. Alma Outdoor takes no responsibility for lost or damaged goods during shipping. After your order is placed our team will get in contact with you to give you a tracking number and you can contact the shipping company for the option of insuring your purchase.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
A re-delivery cost will be charged if you are not home during the arranged time.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
In the event that you do receive damaged goods you must provide the following to us in order for a claim to be made on your behalf:
• Note on the POD that the goods are received damaged before you sign for delivery
• Take photos of damage to the carton / or pallet
• Take photos of the damage to your goods
• Take a photo of the note label on your carton / pallet
• Notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving delivery.
Claims outside of this timeframe will not be considered as part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $50 administration fee on orders of less than $1000 and $100 for orders of more than $1000 , whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges and if you are requesting a change of a product you will be charged for the shipping of the replacement. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). If you don't agree with the changes made and you placed an order you will be refunded for the amount of our purchase.
